The University of Plymouth’s Social Research Unit (formerly SERIO) is undertaking this pupil survey as part of an evaluation of Live and Move’s work with your school. Your input will help to shape this current work and may inform plans for any future initiatives.

Completing this survey will take around ten minutes, depending on your answers. You have the right to withdraw from the survey at any time, which you can do simply by closing your browser.

Your responses will be saved once you click submit at the end of the survey. They will then be summarised in an evaluation report which will be shared with the Live and Move team, its funders, your school and other stakeholders. Please rest assured that the survey is entirely anonymous and does not collect any personal data which would make you directly identifiable.
