However, providing this information helps us to better understand the views and experiences of staff from different groups so we can keep what is working well and take appropriate action where we need to improve.
How will the information be treated?
Your answers will be treated in the strictest confidence, and all data disclosed will comply with the Data Protection Act 2018. The data is stored on password-protected computers, accessible only to the Social Research Unit (formerly SERIO) team. All work undertaken by the Social Research Unit is fully GDPR compliant, and all data managed in accordance with the University’s Information Security Classification Policy.
All data collated by the Social Research Unit will be fully anonymised before inclusion in our reporting. It will not be possible to identify individuals.
